Beginning his career in 2003 as an Architectural Technician, Dan then qualified in 2017 as a Chartered Architectural Technologist earning his MCIAT status. Dan spent most of his working career with Parsons + Whittley Architects Ltd, becoming a Director of the practice. When the practice wound up due to the retirement of the principal Directors, Dan decided to develop his own company, establishing Void Architecture with the aim of becoming one of Norfolk’s leading Architectural Practices.
Dan has built solid expertise within conceptual and detailed technical design, particularly within sustainable buildings, including certified Passivhaus construction in various forms and materials. Dan is also highly experienced within tendering and design team project management, including administration of a contract during the construction process.
John has over 40 years of architectural design experience, with expertise in the design of individual houses and social housing projects. He also enjoys the specific challenges of sympathetically extending and adapting historic buildings to life in the 21st Century, and converting unusual agricultural buildings to interesting new uses, all whilst encouraging the incorporation of fabric-first low energy measures wherever the opportunity arises.
Mark is responsible for our financial department, supporting the delivery of our projects. Mark has 28 years of practical experience and is MAAT qualified. Mark enjoys the countryside and participating in various outdoor pursuits familiar across Norfolk.
