Thank you to Dan and team for bringing ideas for a unique house and setting to being a Lawful Development. In doing so Dan provided an accomplished approach to managing the multiple design, planning and pre-commencement aspects with planners, engineers and contractors. We worked with Vicky at Void Architecture on obtaining change of use planning permission to turn a shop and bungalow into a single residence. Vicky and the team paid close attention to our brief, and designed a property that fully meets our expectations. She made excellent use of the existing structure, while still producing a layout and external aesthetic that gave us the look we were after while meeting the needs of the planners. She persisted in chasing the local planners when they were slow to respond and we’re very pleased to have received full planning permission. We are excited to do the conversion and turn it into a family home!
