This beautiful property was constructed back in 2020 for a private residential client. The property consists of a large open-plan family dwelling with an external balcony. The property exhibits a contemporary use of traditional building materials, including cobbled flint, gault brickwork, pre-weathered zinc and lots of glazing to maximise natural daylight and views along the coastline, including a matching garage building and plant room. We have since returned to the site, gained permission, and constructed a semi-submerged garden room, sauna and study, using matching materials and a biodiverse sedum green roof structure
